NOTICE OF FEE INCREASES
On March 28, 2013, the Nova Scotia Department of Finance announced an increase to user fees and government charges, including NSDA Analytical and Animal Health laboratory tests. The increase will help provide additional revenue to offset the overall rising cost of Government programs and services. The increases are effective April 1, 2013.
Farms currently registered with the NS Federation of Agriculture will continue to receive a discount on select tests.

Please note, that effective Feb 18th, 2013, there will be an increase in the fee for analysis on several water tests that are referred out to the subcontracted lab. The price increase is a direct result and reflective of the fees issued by the referral lab.
