The winners of the 2009 Communications Nova Scotia Diversity Bursary have been chosen.
The winners are: Canh Hang, Simin Fahandejsadi and Maureen Juma.
Canh, a student at the Nova Scotia Community College won in the Ideas category. Maureen, also a Nova Scotia Community College student won in the Images category. Simin won in the Words category and attends University of Kings College. The winners receive a $1,000 cheque and will spend a day with CNS staff.
They were chosen by a team of judges from CNS consisting of Margie Pirie, Ross McLaren and Dave Whynacht.
