Our goal is to implement health information systems that connect community health settings, hospitals, and pharmacies so that there will be an Electronic Health Record for each person who accesses health services in this province. This portable record will be make it possible for authorized healthcare providers to access secure up-to-date, accurate patient information no matter where they are in the province.
