Both Reading Rooms at the NS Archives are specially wired for running your laptop on electrical power, either when working with hard-copy material or while sitting at a microfilm reader. All public areas of the building are also wireless, so you can stay connected to the Internet for all your mail, messaging and external research needs.
If you don't have your laptop with you, you can still stay connected via one of our nine C@P public terminals, located in the main-floor lobby or upstairs in the Reading Rooms. These workstations provide direct access to all NS Archives online resources, the Internet, shared printers, and a range of office software tools.
