Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations has offices in 54 communities across the province. Some specialize in deeds, some in assessment and some offer an array of services like driver licensing, residential tenancies, vehicle registration and debtor counseling. We know you're busy too during the day, so we've extended office hours at our locations that offer Registry of Motor Vehicles services on Wednesday through Friday until 7:00 pm, or you can call us during these times at 424-5851, toll free 1-800-898-7668.

The Department is organized into two divisions and one branch that has three divisions. The branch and divisions are aligned with the Departments core business areas:
